The photo can not be a copywritten photo by another professional photographer. You may enter one to three photos of each child.
The WINNER of the Annual Cutest Kid Contest by Shelly Perkins Photography will receive a Trophy, a Photo Shoot, 12x18 Framed Portrait, and a chance to become a Model for Shelly Perkins Photography.
